Whats the role
As a Bank Manager youll be the head and heart of a frontline banking team that loves to exceed the expectations of local customers whilst playing a hands-on role in a community youre proud to call your own.
Inspiring a team of customer service sales and business specialists youll set the standard for the Westpac Group experience and itll be an exceptional experience at that! Youll be the driving force behind your branchs success holding financial risk and operational accountability ensuring customer advocacy is at the heart of all you and your team will recruit coach and elevate your team to deliver a superior banking experience ultimately contributing to the branchs and our customers success.
This is a 15-month maternity leave contract. Future permanent opportunities may become available.
