At PwC our people in data and analytics engineering focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. They play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Those in artificial intelligence and machine learning at PwC will focus on developing and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions to drive innovation and enhance business processes. Your work will involve designing and optimising algorithms models and systems to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.

Role and Responsibilities:

Supporting the AI Hub Transformation team around project and change management
Contributing to seamless communications and collaboration with AI champions and line of service (LoS) stakeholders
Working closely with territory and LoS leadership to align and collaborate on Singapore AI priorities including go-to-market
Organising and coordinating engagement with stakeholders
Support the onboarding and alignment of AI tools with both local and global strategies
Monitor analyse and report on the usage and impact of AI tools ensuring visibility of efforts and investments
Contribute to AI learning and development programs by coordinating learning & development opportunities for staff firmwide

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to distil complex information

Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks
Project management skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines and drive projects
Ability to obtain results in the face of obstacles or blockages or despite ambiguity or incomplete information

Proactive approach and attention to detail
Confidence using digital tools (e.g. Alteryx Power BI etc.) and a desire to further these skills

Experience Required:

Knowledge and experience in project management
Experience in meeting facilitation and management
Experience in creative problem solving to successfully deliver business outcomes
Experience using GenAI tools (e.g. CoPilot ChatGPT Enterprise) (desirable) Experience of change management initiatives (desirable)
Experience of digital transformation initiatives (desirable)
Experience as a Digital Accelerator (desirable)
Experience in using Microsoft SharePoint (desirable)
