Our Emergency Department is a rural 20-bed unit focused on delivering patient-centered care in a supportive and friendly environment. How youll contribute
A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:
Performs accurate and thorough patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Initiates appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings
Provides age- and condition-appropriate nursing care
Completes timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record
Develops implements and revises interdisciplinary care plans for each patient
What were looking for
Current North Carolina or compact state RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 90 days of hire
Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelors degree preferred
One year of RN experience as an Emergency Department RN required.
