Job Summary
Quality Management System (QMS) engineer to fulfill Bosch requirement of implementing QMS responsible for Bosch Penang Plant 1 (PgP1) Process Compass internal system and process audit activities.
- Architect to PgP1 Process Compass Landscape and maintenance
- Improve and maintain QMS documentation system
- Responsible for QMS improvement activities
- Coordinate internal audit activities (e.g. IATF16949 VDA6.3 process audit CQI17 audits etc.) and 3rd party audit
- Track and follow up on QMS corrective action
- Moderate QG (Quality Gates)
- Certify as internal auditor of IATF16949 and VDA6.3 process auditor
- Projects assigned by superior.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or Science.
- 3 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing processes.
- Strong auditing skills and attention to detail. Good exposure to data analytics applications in quality management.
- Strong understanding of QMS principles. Familiarity with quality tools such as: MSA SPC APQP PPAP FMEA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
