We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Team Leader for Mansion Upkeep to join our prestigious property management team in Udaipur India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping and upkeep of luxurious mansions ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are consistently met.
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping and upkeep staff providing guidance training and support
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning and maintenance schedules for multiple high-end properties
- Oversee the upkeep of mansion interiors exteriors and surrounding grounds
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet luxury standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Prepare and manage budgets for mansion upkeep operations
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovative cleaning techniques
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in property management or hospitality industry preferably in luxury settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of high-end cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Superior communication abilities both verbal and written
- Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing issues
- Familiarity with luxury property standards and guest expectations
- Experience with inventory management and vendor relations
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Facility Management or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in property management or hospitality (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and other local languages is a plus
