Investment Operations Officer

The team

Our Operations function is structured into four specialist teams:

• Cash Management
• Client Onboarding
• Client Account Operations
• Middle Office

What youll be doing

Youll rotate across these teams based on business needs giving you exposure to a variety of processes and the opportunity to develop a broad skillset.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing client redemption requests
• Managing client and adviser updates
• Handling cash management tasks
• Processing deceased accounts
• Settling stock and cash transactions
• Managing VCT buyback processes
• Processing applications
• Resolving reconciliation breaks
• Supporting corporate actions
• Transaction reporting
• Handling legal documentation

Qualifications :

Ideally you will have: 

• Previous experience in a financial services organisation with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements
• Financial qualifications desirable but not required (IOC IMC CII) 
• Experience in a similar role within financial services desirable but not required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure  
• Accuracy
• Focus: When volumes spike we need someone who can concentrate and commit fully to getting the job done.
