Your Role as a Community Care Professional
As a Home Instead Care Professional youll be supporting clients in their own homes offering personalised care that helps them live independently and confidently.
Your work will include:
Providing genuine companionship
Sharing stories enjoying a cuppa offering a listening ear all whilst brightening someones day.
Supporting with daily routines
Helping clients with tasks such as light housekeeping meal preparation getting ready for the day or winding down for the evening.
Delivering personal care with empathy and dignity
Youll help clients feel safe comfortable and respected always taking the time they deserve.

Minimum 1-Hour Visits
We dont rush care. Our minimum 1-hour visits mean you have the time to build relationships deliver unhurried care and make a real difference to each clients day.
Introductions Before Care Begins
Youll always be introduced to clients before regular care starts. This helps everyone feel comfortable confident and supported from the very first visit.
Consistency & Regular Clients
We match Care Professionals with regular clients wherever possible so you can build meaningful relationships and enjoy continuity in your work.
