We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This role will provide global HR support across multiple business areas. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders delivering a broad range of HR services and ensuring alignment with our global HR strategy.

- Generalist HR Support
- Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across assigned business areas.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding employee relations performance management and offboarding.
- Support talent development initiatives and engagement activities.
- M&A Support
- Partner with the HR M&A Lead to assist with integration activities including employee communications policy alignment and coordination with in-country HR teams.
- Ensure smooth transition for employees impacted by acquisitions.
- Business Support
- Act as HR point of contact for defined business united supporting workforce planning organizational changes and talent initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent HR solutions.
- Global Coordination
- Work closely with in-country HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment laws and practices.
- Support global projects and contribute to harmonization of HR processes across regions.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
