Key Tasks
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Commercial People) to plan and execute internal and external events that reinforce key business priorities and strengthen employee engagement.
- Maintain an annual events calendar ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns sponsorship commitments and key internal events.
- Execute MSC Canada planned campaign events signature customer events and provides support for additional major events and hospitality programs.
- Plan and deliver internal events such as the holiday party and the summer staff BBQs.
- Coordinate sponsorship deliverables including asset alignment to brand standards and logistics for activations working closely with Geneva on briefs and execution.
- Manage event logistics end-to-end including venue selection vendor coordination budgets and on-site execution where required ensuring all details meet brand and quality standards.
- Oversee post-event follow-up including ROI reporting stakeholder feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain event documentation templates and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all programs.
- Additional responsibilities may be added or modified to meet changing business requirements.
Qualifications :

- 35 years in event planning marketing or related roles.
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Experience managing corporate events sponsorship activations
- Skilled managing timelines budgets and multiple priorities with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Bilingualism (English and French) required.
