Job Summary

IPAR has an amazing career development opportunity for the role of National Manager - Risk & Governance.

Reporting into the EGM IPAR this role will lead IPARs Risk governance support and quality structures and improvements through collaboration authenticity and dynamism with IPARs senior leadership team. The key objective is to drive organisational excellence and operational efficiency strengthening IPARs position across the industry.

This role is looking for someone with a keen eye for detail passion for identifying new opportunities for best practice and process improvement and a good understanding of how ensuring everything we do protects each other and our clients and customers.

This role can be based across any of our IPAR locations across Australia!

Some of your day to day includes:

  • Overseeing IPARs Quality Management System (QMS) and audit program to meet compliance standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve quality and performance targets.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities to improve compliance and service delivery.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to establish performance improvement plans.
  • Managing Commonwealth compliance and accreditation programs across jurisdictions.
  • Analysing data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Capturing and leveraging customer feedback to enhance systems and processes.
  • Leading technology and system changes including AI initiatives.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver timely and strategic insights to the leadership team
  • Experience in analysis planning forecasting
  • Ability to review systems and implement process improvements
  • Commercial acumen to drive growth and quality initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve anomalies/problems
  • Outstanding leadership expertise within large teams
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing deadlines
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Advanced knowledge of workers compensation life insurance rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation from a national perspective is desirable
