Position: Project Engineer
Location: Tampa FL
We are looking for a talented engineer who is looking for the opportunity to work on exciting projectsin our Tampa this role you will be a part of a growing team and contribute to transportation designs and mentoring of less seasoned staff members as we add to this team. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
- Conceptual preliminary and detailed design for transportation projects
- Geometric maintenance of traffic drainage and signing/pavement marking design as necessary
- Development and mentoring of junior staff
- Interaction with clients on technical related issues
- Development and Quality Control of construction plans quantities and specifications
- Development of 3D roadway models
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer
- Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a roadway engineer
- Ability to work well and self-motivate in a collaborative team environment
- Strong team player with effective internal & external communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
