Job Summary
Pick Your Client Pick Your Schedule - Adults and Pediatrics
BAYADA offers Weekend Baylor - work 16 hours get paid for 24 hours (applies to Friday night and all shifts on Saturday and Sunday).
Commitment to a minimum of 16 hours (two 8 hr shifts) every other weekend is required to qualify.

Requirements for LPNs:
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits
- Offers traditional shift types (8s 10s or 12s)
- Hands-on care with one client
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like with BAYADA:
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with execute and properly document doctors orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients conditions
- Document observations interventions and evaluation
How we prepare our LPNs for success:
- Paid training from day 1 in the office in the home and online
- Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs
- Around the clock clinical support by phone
- Electronic charting using Statewise

Compensation & Schedule:
- LPN rate range is: $29-$35/hr.
- Special weekend program rates: $29/hr 8 hour bonus.
