- Collaborate with the Service Department team to coordinate workflow and prioritize customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance the overall ownership experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in a BDC customer service or related role is preferred.

- Comfortable working with computer systems and CRM software.
