Job Title: BDC Customer Care Specialist For Route 128 Honda Service Department

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments with professionalism and care.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing timely and accurate information regarding vehicle service status.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the Service Department team to coordinate workflow and prioritize customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and efficiently to enhance the overall ownership experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in a BDC customer service or related role is preferred.
