We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join our Healthcare staffing this pivotal role you will oversee the operational aspects of our talent acquisition processes ensuring seamless coordination between recruiting teams and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations of healthcare clinicians including applicant tracking system (ATS) updates job postings and updating new hire progress workflows.
- Source screen and interview healthcare candidates such as RN LVN CNA and Homecare Aides. Identify qualifications skills and credentials aligns with facility.
- Conduct reference checks background verification and drug screening.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires clinicians ensuring that all required documents are completed and that new employees receive proper orientation.
- Maintain employment records. Track and manage expiring credential certifications and competency exams.
- Support staffing coordinators with pre-hires and onboarding. Assisting with the tracking and placements of clinicians.
- Support initiatives such as employee evaluation processes and training & development programs.
- Provide general administrative support to including filing data entry and organizing HR-related documents.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or human resources support roles. Experience as clinical staffing coordinator or clinical recruiter is highly desirable.
- Proven proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of clinical compliance contracts HRIS and VMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
