The Northern Trust Company seeks a Client Srvc Mg Fund Accntng to analyze and coordinate service and delivery to multiple Fund Accounting clients and serve as the client point of contact. Communicate with key stakeholders and confer with personnel to determine requirements and ensure client service levels. Facilitate team efforts and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of reports and information. Monitor large and complex projects including strategic change management new business initiatives and process re-engineering. Identify and address service issues when they arrive and provide technical expertise for new products. Prepare reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor service performance under SLA/SLD requirements. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field and 3 years of experience with fund accounting or fund administration within the financial industry. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with driving day-to-day service and delivery to multiple clients; 3 years of experience developing and reviewing KPI materials and participating in due diligence presentations; 3 years of experience leading large and complex projects including strategic change management new business initiatives and process re-engineering; 3 years of experience maintaining internal business unit documentation to assist with monitoring risk productivity and growth; and 3 years of experience identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in policies processes and procedures. $93933.00 - $126900.00Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
