Compensation: $19.50 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday 1:00pm 5:00pm
Position Summary:
The Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist provides front desk support at CIRI headquarters ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients staff and visitors. This role assists with administrative and operational tasks along with the full-time receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; return messages and relay accurate information to the appropriate staff.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors directing them to the appropriate staff or resources.
- Maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with office logistics including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties such as scanning filing and maintaining office organization.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Experience in a busy reception or front-office environment.
- Strong organizational multitasking and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
