Wellbeing Deputy Manager: Primary Care Service
Hours: 30 hours per week
Salary: 28434 - 30602 (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: Osney Mead 1 day a week in Osney 2 days from home or Osney and 1 day from KIWY PCN (Kidlington Islip Woodstock and Yarnton)

- Knowledge of good practice in safeguarding Children and Adults
- Experience of leading or supervising others
- Experience of managing risk

- Experience of working as part of a team and communicating effectively
- Experience of working with individuals enabling them to identify their own goals to support personal wellbeing and recovery and helping them to pursue these
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Self-awareness and ability to reflect and learn from own experiences and those of others
- Effective organisational planning administrative and IT skills
- Demonstrating professional approach and boundaries in all situations
- Knowledge/Understanding of our values
