Salary Range: Salary 32 hours per week
Essential Job Functions:

RN/LPN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules regulations & guidelines governing long-term care.
Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents staff families and visitors.
Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission vision and core values.
