Job Summary

Analyzes complex business challenges and develops solutions through technology system integration and workflow optimization.
Identifies gaps in current processes and provides technical expertise to support the development of functional specifications ensuring systems and procedures scale effectively and costefficiently.
Configures system settings and options and plans and executes unit testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Designs and documents detail technological solutions.
May provide user consultation on technology-related matters and may lead crossfunctional teams to resolve business or system issues.
May support the creation and maintenance of automated testing scripts reports code and business logic.
Builds and maintains relationships with technology vendors as needed.
Demonstrates foundational professional knowledge with some applicable handson experience.
Contributes effectively to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Participates in technical discussions at the task level.

Required Skills & Experience

Four (4) years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree.
