Job Summary
Job description
Support the creation of internal and external communications materials including newsletters announcements intranet updates and drafting of captions and simple visuals for social media posts.
Assist in producing multimedia content such as infographics videos EDMs newsletters and corporate presentations.
Provide support in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and employee events.
Conduct media monitoring and prepare reports on industry trends and company coverage.
Assist in ensuring consistency of brand identity across communication materials under the guidance of the team.
Carry out research and benchmarking on communication practices within the maritime and related sectors.
Provide administrative and project support to the communications team as required.
Photo and video coverage at events -help capture event photos/videos for internal archives.
Job requirements
Practical exposure to corporate communications in a multinational business.
Opportunities to develop professional writing design and content creation skills.
Experience supporting events campaigns and corporate branding initiatives.
Insight into communications practices in the maritime industry.
