Job Description

Windrush Care is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes in Cheltenham and the North Cotswolds areas. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Worker who requires a Skilled Worker visa sponsorship to join our team.

Successful applicants will initially be employed on a 20-hour per week contract for no less than 8 weeks. Subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements the role will then progress to a full-time 37.5-hour per week contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including washing dressing toileting and mobility support

Assist with medication in line with care plans and company policy

Support service users with meals and daily living tasks

Promote dignity independence and wellbeing

Maintain accurate care records

Follow CQC standards safeguarding procedures and company policies

Previous experience in domiciliary or health & social care (Minimum 1 year preferred)

Full UK driving licence
