We are looking for a Group Climate Reporting Business Partner to work alongside our senior sustainability leaders as they deliver major emissions reporting and climate-related projects enabling operational excellence and informed decision making across Fulton Hogan. This is a fixed-term role until December 2026.

In addition to the above you will:

  • Lead cross-functional efforts to source analyse and consolidate operational and emissions data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare comprehensive emissions reporting and climate-related disclosures in alignment with GHG Protocol and AASB S2 standards.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective climate-related policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain robust data integrity and documentation processes to ensure compliance and facilitate external assurance.
  • Perform carbon modelling and deliver actionable insights to support strategic planning and options analysis.
  • Create compelling data visualisations and workshop materials to clearly communicate findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strengthen organisational capability by facilitating targeted training presentations and benchmarking against industry best practices.
  • Manage and deliver project milestones on schedule and to a high standard contributing to the overall success of project teams through 2026.

Were looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Environmental Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience in the construction infrastructure or transport sectors with a track record of delivering sustainability or climate-related projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis reporting and ERP systems with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience creating data visualisations using Power BI (or similar tools).
  • In-depth understanding of GHG emissions accounting and climate reporting frameworks (e.g. GHG Protocol AASB S2) highly desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail proactive initiative and a strong commitment to safety ethical behaviour and organisational values.
