Job Summary

1. SME advisor to the organisation enables the provision of a Safe Place to train; a fundamental component of the Safe
System of Training.

2. Manage Station Trg facilities/areas coordinate essential maintenance & enforce adherence of controls that enable authorised training to be conducted.

3. Enable the delivery of Army Reserve BT in line with HQ Soldier Academy CLP through liaison & priority allocation of internal Trg facilities & areas.

4. Enable the delivery of Army Reserve BT in line with HQ Soldier Academy CLP through liaison & the management of external Trg facility and area bookings.

5. Facilitate external users of Grantham Station Trg facilities/areas through the management of all external bookings and liaison with key stakeholders.

6. Lead on resource management using BAMS CHURCHILL systems and deputise as the Unit TAFMIS manager.

7. Systems Manager for the Dismounted Close Combat Trainer.

8. Monitor BT course loading on TAFMIS; liaise with Coy Trg AO to ensure that BT course numbers are accurate and provide feedback to ATR(G) Trg Officer.
