Job Summary

DEFINITION;

Previous successful experience with children.
Ability to communicate successfully with staff and students.
Ability to accept directions and work in a subordinate role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To assist in the preparation of instructional materials.
To provide ancillary instruction if required under the direction of the classroom teacher.
Acts as a resource person concerning health issues for individual student.
Assume responsibility for continuing own education and obtain consultation supervision and peer review as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience working in an educational setting or with children.
