Job description:
- Provides a quality level of comprehensive clinical pharmaceutical services demonstrating sound judgment based upon knowledge and application of professional departmental and organizational principles and standards.
- Demonstrates an ability to coordinate subordinate activities by providing direction and guidance concerning the operational activities of the department.
- Has obtained Board Certification in a recognized field of pharmacy practice.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
Required:
- Bachelors degree or PharmD degree.
- 1 year of Pharmacise experience
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Active State Pharmacist License in good standing in the state in which the employee works
- Board Certification in a Pharmacy Specialty based on the specialty title under which the employee works:
- BCACP for Ambulatory Care Pharmacy
- BCCP for Cardiology Pharmacy
- BCSCP for Compounded Sterile Preparations Pharmacy
- BCCCP for Critical Care Pharmacy
- BCEMP for Emergency Medicine Pharmacy
- BCGP for Geriatric Pharmacy
- BCIDP for Infectious Diseases Pharmacy
- BCNP for Nuclear Pharmacy
- BCNSP for Nutrition Support Pharmacy
- BCOP for Oncology Pharmacy
- BCPPS for Pediatric Pharmacy
- BCPP for Psychiatric Pharmacy
- BCPS for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist
- BCTXP for Solid Organ Transplantation Pharmacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
