PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs advanced patient assessments including complete health and psychosocial history and physical assessment.
- Orders and interprets routine laboratory tests.
- Orders appropriate medications and/or medical devices.
- Provides for therapeutic treatments and procedures as per delegation of services agreement.
- Seeks consultation of the physician for patient conditions outlined in agreement.
- Arranges referrals to other members of the health team as needed and to community resources as appropriate.
- Demonstrates awareness of current state federal and local laws governing the delivery of care including reporting as required by law and complying with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
- Respects the dignity and privacy of patients. Provides open and timely communication and education to patients families and significant others to allow participation in care.
- Demonstrates a commitment to personal growth and development by obtaining continuing education in areas of practice and maintain current CPR and other appropriate licensures/certifications.
- Demonstrates professional appearance and conduct including excellent attendance record.
- Works to maintain a good rapport and cooperative working relationship with patients families and staff.
- Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner to the community.
- Follows proper procedures for the disposal of hazardous waste.
SALARY RANGE
- $46.75to$70.13/hour
- Starting wage dependentupon experience education and skill-set

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Colorado PA License or NP License DORA.
- Current DEA license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Must be able to prioritize and have cognitive reasoning skills
