Position Overview:

The Associate Director ES Infrastructure Business Operations lead will execute and continuously improve the organizational decision making and reporting processes in close collaboration with ES Infrastructure leadership. This role synthesizes relevant ES Infrastructure data into readily understood and shared executive level deliverables in support of leadership engagements both internal to ES Infrastructure and in alignment with all stakeholder groups.

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
• 10 years domain knowledge of Infrastructure services

The salary range for this role is 147000 USD - 295000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
