Job Summary:
As an Applied AI Developer you will design develop and deploy generative and agentic AI systems using Amazon Bedrock and the AWS ecosystem. This hands-on role involves orchestrating multi-step autonomous AI agents to deliver business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Architect and develop end-to-end generative and agentic AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and various LLMs.
Implement multi-step autonomous agents capable of reasoning task decomposition and tool use.
Take ownership of AI projects from proof-of-concept through production deployment ensuring scalability security and cost-efficiency.
Conduct prompt engineering iterative model refinement and integrate techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance LLM accuracy.
Collaborate with data scientists product managers and software engineers to define AI-driven workflows.
Ensure security compliance and responsible AI practices using AWS services like Guardrails for Amazon Bedrock.
Stay up-to-date with emerging research and technologies in generative AI and agentic systems.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
Proven experience designing developing and deploying generative AI solutions in an enterprise environment.
AWS Certified is an advantage; hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and core AWS services like Lambda S3 Step Functions and API Gateway.
Strong understanding of LLM concepts prompt engineering RAG and fine-tuning techniques.
Expertise in Python; experience in React is an advantage.
Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
Experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain or Amazon Bedrock Agents is highly desirable.
