Job Duties:
- Sitecoordination with Client Representatives Main Contractor and Subcontractors to coordinate sequence of works and tackle all technical issues regarding to site installation
- Conduct regular site inspection and report to the project manager the progress of work and any non-conformity in related to material delivered work compliance to contract drawing and workmanship
- Forecast and review progress of work and coordinate with subcontractor to ensure sufficient labor force
Job Requirements:
- Higher certificate holder or above in related discipline
- Recognized trade qualification in building / construction works
- Holder of TCP T1 or equivalent is highly preferred
- Minimum 10 years site supervision construction work or relevant experience
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Strong leadership and communication skills
