Job Summary
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive UX/UI Designer with proven experience in end-to-end design processes for digital banking or enterprise-scale products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma Adobe XD and AI-driven design tools and a strong understanding of screen design versioning asset management and resource consolidation through tools like Zeplin. The candidate should have contributed to large-scale digital revamps or platform uplift projects and demonstrate both creative thinking and systems-level design ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to the design of intuitive user-centric digital experiences across mobile and web banking channelsTranslate user stories and requirements into wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XDLeverage Figma AI wireframing automation and component-based design to accelerate design cycles and support multiple concurrent sprintsManage screen handover to development teams using tools like Zeplin ensuring accuracy in design specs assets and responsiveness behaviorDrive design system consistency by consolidating approved screens components and patterns across projects and maintaining version controlCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts developers testers and product owners in an Agile Scrum environmentParticipate in UX research usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user behavior and analyticsDocument design rationale and interface behavior to ensure seamless implementation across internal and external development teams
