This role involves crafting high-quality visuals ensuring brand consistency mentoring junior designers and driving innovative concepts that align with both client objectives and Digitology s vision. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills leadership ability and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Create original visually compelling designs aligned with client specifications brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Supervise and mentor junior designers; provide guidance feedback and performance evaluations.
Lead brainstorming sessions transform ideas into actionable creative plans and ensure flawless execution.
Review refine and approve all design deliverables to maintain the highest quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects and creative assets across multiple clients.
Maintain and organize a comprehensive archive of creative resources assets fonts and templates.
Select appropriate images typography and layouts to enhance usability and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams (account management content media) to deliver integrated creative solutions.
Stay ahead of design trends tools and best practices bringing fresh inspiration into projects.
Represent the creative team in client meetings presentations and pitches when required.
Prepare and share regular progress and performance reports with the Creative/Art Director.
Optimize production workflows and resources to maximize efficiency and creativity.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
Experience: 4 6 years of professional design experience with at least 1 2 years in a senior or supervisory role (agency experience preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Strong command of branding logo design typography and visual identity development.
Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of impactful client-ready designs.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives.
