Job Summary
Lead Administration: Manage Salesforce and ERP workflows user roles and system stability.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with Sales Finance and Ops to translate requirements into automated solutions.
Data Strategy: Maintain data integrity and build high-impact management KPIs/dashboards.
Local IT Support: Provide on-site hardware/software support for the Cairo office.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners for upgrades and enhancements
