Job Summary
A large and well-established special school in Birmingham is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to support the day-to-day running of the school site.
The Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the school premises are safe secure and well maintained. Duties include opening and closing procedures site security planned and reactive maintenance contractor supervision and supporting health & safety compliance across a busy SEN environment.

The school supports a large cohort of pupils with additional needs and benefits from strong leadership clear systems and a highly collaborative staff culture. The site is well used throughout the day and requires a calm organised and responsive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Site security and shift-based opening/closing
Health & safety checks including fire safety and compliance
Liaising with contractors and external providers
Carrying out basic repairs maintenance and upkeep
Supporting senior leaders with estates matters
