About the Role

The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5 delivering an engaging curriculum that develops students understanding of human behaviour critical thinking and research skills. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Psychology lessons across KS4 and KS5

• Motivate and inspire students to develop analytical evaluative and research skills

• Track and assess student progress providing clear feedback and targeted support

• Contribute to the development of an innovative and challenging Psychology curriculum

• Support enrichment activities including Psychology clubs university links and study visits

• Maintain high expectations of student achievement and behaviour

About You

• A degree in Psychology or a related subject

• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4KS5

• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology

• Commitment to high-quality teaching and student achievement
