Job Summary

Are you looking for a role where you can really make a splash

As a Goods In Returns Processor at you wont be tapped out by picking and packing. Instead youll be the gatekeeper of our returns department. Your mission is to ensure that every returned itemfrom designer taps to luxury vanity unitsis handled with care inspected with a keen eye and processed with porcelain-perfect precision.

Youll ensure our inventory stays squeaky clean by deciding whether items are ready for a new home or need a little TLC.

Key Responsibilities

The Deep Dive: Receiving and inspecting inbound returns to check for any leaks in quality or damage.
System Refinement: Using our WMS to log returns ensuring our data flows as smoothly as a power shower.
Quality Grading: Deciding if a product is Grade A or if its ship has sailed categorising items for resale or refurbishment.
Problem Plumbing: Identifying discrepancies or murky returns and reporting them to our Customer Service team.
Maintaining the Flow: Keeping your workspace organised and hazard-free ensuring we never get clogged up during busy periods.

Skills and Experience Required

A Polished Eye for Detail: You can spot a hairline fracture or a missing washer from a mile away.
Tech Savvy: Youre comfortable navigating warehouse systems (no plumbing in data incorrectly here!).
Solid Work Ethic: We need someone reliable who wont throw in the towel. Our 200 monthly attendance bonus is waiting for those who show up and shine!
Physical Resilience: Youre happy being on your feet and dont mind a bit of heavy lifting (its better than a gym membership!).
Communication: Clear English skills to ensure all reporting is crystal clear.
