Partnering with sales to provide support guidance and technical leadership to prospective or existing customers with strong sales engineering acumen
Actively taking part in sales to showcase present and demonstrate the Frends value outcomes and use cases
Acting as a leading technical expert and trusted advisor in the sales process: technical discovery value assessments demos proof-of-values/pilots and RFI/RFPs
Engaging directly with various customer personas (technical and C-level stakeholders)
Hands-on architecting solutions in various sales cases: mid to enterprise customers
Helping and guiding customer organizations and development teams to success
Advocating Frends outcomes and modern integration/automation patterns
Providing a feedback loop to the Frends product organization

The ideal candidate will already have work experience in the iPaaS/SaaS sector in a similar presales role and possess great skills as a customer relations professional.

To succeed in this rolewe value
Experience in sales engineering or presales solutions architecture
Previous employment in a software company that builds or outsources integrations
Proven track record in supporting successful sales teams to land new business and meet customer requirements
Hands-on software or architecture development experience
History of implementing and using various integration and architectural patterns (e.g. APIs ETLs event-driven AI solutions)
Strong cloud platforms knowledge
Location & language: The role requires living in either Sweden or Finland and fluency in the local language (Swedish / Finnish) as well as professional written and spoken English. Traveling will be required occasionally to meet customers and the team and to attend events as needed.

Additional Information
We offer permanent full-time employment (no consultancy / freelance contracts).
Frends has offices in Espoo Finland and Stockholm Sweden.
You will be reporting to the Lead Solution Architect.
The salary will be a fixed monthly salary plus a bonus model.
Our recruitment process includes around four discussions. To ensure a smooth and informative process you will meet at least our People Integrator Team Lead team members and CRO. Demo case and reference checks are included in the process.
