We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop the clients Spanish operations.
Reporting to Group Management the role combines team leadership business development and strategic growth. Main responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager will be to:
Lead and manage a team of 58 consultants (Ergonomics Human Factors UX/UI).
Ensure operational excellence and support team development.
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Drive business development and secure new assignments.
Contribute to the long-term growth strategy in Spain.
Coordinate closely with Group and Sector Management.
Requirements:
Experience
58 years experience in ergonomics human factors UX or complex systems engineering.
Proven experience in team management project leadership and client relationship management.
Demonstrated exposure to business development in industrial or engineering environments.
Masters degree in Engineering or Human Factors.
Competences
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and client-oriented approach.
Ability to operate in an international and multi-site environment.
Curious dynamic and proactive.
