A global leader in automation and motion control solutions is looking for an experienced Key Account Sales Manager. This role is focused on driving new business and expanding within pneumatic and electric application markets with a strong emphasis on OEMs in the Munich region.

Responsibilities
Create and develop new business opportunities for pneumatic and electric application products
Actively engage with OEMs in the Munich area especially within general industry sectors
Strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors to increase sales performance
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets
Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
Motivate distributors and existing users to actively promote products
Must-See Points (Requirements)
Fluency in German and English (C1 level) is mandatory
Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales within pneumatics electric motion control or industrial automation
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record in sales contract negotiation and long-term customer relationship management
Strong technical understanding of pneumatic and electric application products
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks with OEMs and distributors
