Job Summary:
The Multimodality Technologist under general supervision of a Radiologist performs imaging procedures in two or more disciplines with 50% focus in an advanced discipline such as CT on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by a physician or licensed provider. The role follows established protocols to ensure accurate diagnosis of disease and injury.
Essential Functions:

Perform high-quality multimodality imaging procedures according to exam protocol.

Maintain production and quality by following established standards.

Communicate effectively with patients and families using AIDET techniques.

Prepare patients and rooms for procedures adjusting equipment and immobilization devices.
-
Adhere to safety infection control drug and radiation protocols.
-
Maintain equipment and work areas; report issues as needed.
-
Ensure proper documentation of patient information and imaging records.

Serve as preceptor to new team members and assist with training initiatives.

Take call as required.
