Job Summary
Job Summary
- Assist as part of a team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) for document printing and mailing deadlines.
- Operate printing and mailing equipment to process daily document output.
- Stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require bending reaching stretching and moving/lifting items up to 50-55 lbs.
- Move equipment on wheels (up to 700 lbs.) as needed for repairs.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of printed materials and mailings.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Use technical and office equipment (printers copiers mailing machines PC).
- Prioritize tasks and organize workflow to meet deadlines.
- Adhere to business casual dress code; reliable transportation required.
- Work hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; free parking available; initial 90-day assignment with potential for full-time employment.
- Minimum requirements: High school diploma or GED 1 2 years related experience preferred.
- Physical demands include standing walking between buildings and moderate dexterity.
- Good PC mathematical and filing skills required; ability to interpret and apply complex instructions and data.
- Interview process may be conducted by phone or virtually.
