Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales including Staffing Product Sales and Services Sales. The role focuses on new client acquisition account growth strategic partnerships and revenue generation across staffing solutions IT/Non-IT services and technology-driven offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across Staffing (IT / Non-IT / Contract / Permanent) and/or Product & Services sales.
Identify and engage key decision-makers such as HR Heads TA Leaders Business Heads CTOs CXOs and Procurement teams.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation prospecting pitching proposal creation negotiation and closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue client acquisition and pipeline targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients across staffing services or product portfolios.
Act as a single point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Delivery Product or Services teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Upsell and cross-sell staffing solutions services or products based on client needs.
Research market trends competitors and demand across hiring services and technology landscapes.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new industries regions offerings or solutions.
Represent the organization at networking events client meetings industry forums and conferences.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and activity tracking using CRM / ATS / Sales tools.
Prepare and share weekly and monthly BD performance reports with leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
7 years of experience in Business Development across Staffing Product Sales or B2B Services sales.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
Experience selling IT / Non-IT staffing services SaaS products IT services or managed services.
Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Ability to manage direct clients channel partners vendors MSPs or strategic alliances.
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation platforms.
Self-driven target-oriented and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to India / US / Middle East / APAC markets.
Experience in scaling BD operations for a growing organization.
Prior experience working with delivery recruitment product or solution teams.
MBA / PGDM in Sales Marketing or HR (preferred not mandatory).
