HIL Validation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for Body domain ECUs using dSPACE HIL systems (PHS/Scalexio).
Connect ECUs sensors and actuators to LabCar; manage wiring harness and breakout box testing.
Commission HIL rigs and debug hardware/software integration issues.
Develop HIL test specifications create test cases procedures and reports.
Automate HIL tests using Python or CAPL scripting.
Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis in test environments.
Ensure compliance with Agile process V&V lifecycle and ASPICE standards.

Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience with dSPACE HIL hardware (ControlDesk AutomationDesk ConfigurationDesk).
Knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols UDS services and ECU diagnostics.
Familiarity with CANoe CANalyzer CANape for communication setup and analysis.
Strong debugging skills for ECU functional software and HIL environment.
Experience in test automation frameworks and scripting (Python/CAPL).
Requirement management tools: DOORS PREEVision.

Tools & Technologies:
dSPACE: ControlDesk AutomationDesk ConfigurationDesk.
Vector tools: CANoe CANalyzer CANape.
MATLAB/Simulink for plant modeling.
Requirement tools: DOORS RTC.
Debugging tools: Trace32 Wireshark.
