The Radiation Therapist delivers radiation as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist with a preference for experience with True Beam. This role involves working with adult outpatients utilizing various imaging and treatment techniques and collaborating within a clinic setting.

Location:Salisbury North Carolina United States
Responsibilities:
- Deliver radiation as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
- Work with adult outpatients.
- Utilize CBCT/kV/mV Imaging.
- Apply Beam Modifiers and Field Shaping techniques.
- Administer Electron Field treatments.
- Perform Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast treatments.
- Treat Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials.
- Utilize Electron Beam Therapy and IMRT Dosimetry Systems.
- Operate Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator.

- Work with adult outpatients.

- ARRT Certification
- ARRT (T) Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinic experience
- Experience with Adult Outpatients

- Experience with Electron Field
- Experience with Respiratory Gating/Breath Hold for Left Breast
- Experience with Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials
- Experience with Electron Beam Therapy

- RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
- Call offs or additional RTO on the unit may result in cancellation and DNR.
- No dimensions or orientation needed for this role; the traveler will start directly in the clinic.

- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour days 07:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday.
