Job Summary:
The State of South Carolinas Department of Social Services (DSS) seeks a System Software Programmer Consultant for a 12-month hybrid contract position. The consultant will be responsible for system software programming tasks contributing to the departments technology initiatives. This role requires the candidate to work onsite two days per week and be a current South Carolina resident.

Responsibilities:
- Perform system software programming tasks.
- Contribute to departmental technology initiatives.
- Adhere to submission guidelines including providing required documentation.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Associates Degree
- Experienced Non-manager
Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Special Considerations:
- Must be a current South Carolina resident; no relocation is allowed.
- Hybrid work model requires two days onsite per week.
- Sub-vendor usage is limited to one level deep and requires a Sub Vendor usage form.
Scheduling:
- 40 hours per week.
- Contract duration is 12 months from the start date.
- Closing date for submissions is 12/26 at 5:00 PM EST.
