Job Summary
We are looking for Associate Program Managers!

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end learning journey of participants to ensure learning outcomes and high satisfaction.
- Serve as the first point of contact for participants troubleshoot queries and manage discussions.
- Manage all Program Office responsibilities including scheduling and delivery of online sessions webinars evaluations grading and presentations.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders such as senior managers academicians and industry professionals.
- Monitor participants performance and engagement using program trackers to provide a personalized experience.
- Identify manage and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent learning experience.
