Job Summary

Job Description:

Determine and define framework conditions for programming and machining workpieces with simple geometry
Create geometry data for simple workpieces based on drawings
Create programs for 3-axis machining
Data configuration and storage of CNC programs
Create and edit NC hops programs as well as make changes to Catia and hops programs
Creation of nesting plans and provision in machine format
Ensure dimensional accuracy quality and completeness of processing
Document rework/rejects
Analyse error hotspots initiate corrective measures and follow further quality development

Job Requirements

Knowledge and skills are required as they are usually acquired through completed at least 3 years of subject-specific vocational training and several years of professional experience.
Good knowledge of NC and Catia V5
Good knowledge of 2D programming in the field of NC hops
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of SmarTeam
