What Youll Do:

40% Globalizer Team

Support the financial operations including the following responsibilities:
Prepare partnership reports on a quarterly semi-annual and annual basis
Support monthly finance review preparations and monthly budget vs. actualreviews
Support budget planning financial reporting and other global finance requirements
Conduct monthly reconciliations with local offices
Manag vendor payments and reimbursements
Follow up on GSS allocations and reclassifications
Support cash requests and FTA processes
Prepare job requisitions and MOUs

40% ASPIRe Team

The tasks will be the same as those listed for the Globalizer team.
Additionally the teammate will support the monthly and annual bookkeeping ofAshoka Indonesia on NetSuite regarding ASPIRe allocations.

20% of your time will be dedicated to the AshokaIndonesia team-building activities team meetings and non-ASPIRe NetSuite support.

What You Bring:

Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Accounting experience and practical skill (1-3 years).
Time management and multitasking skills.
Able to work on own initiative proactively and independently and under minimal supervision.
Strong team member.
Communication skills with different audiences.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
IT-savvy is a must.
Familiar with Salesforce NetSuite and others.
