Position: Account Manager Fuels

As an Account Manager in our Fuels division you will be the primary point of contact for our existing clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving new assignments
• Translating instructions for our laboratory and surveyors
• Advising and informing clients about project progress
• Ensuring proper execution reporting and handling according to client requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry norms and standards
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Strong customer-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Team player with independent working capabilities and priority management
• Stress-resistant with customer-friendly and healthy assertiveness

Preferred Background

• Relevant Account Management experience (advantageous)
• Education in Maritime Studies Logistics or Expedition
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Pragmatic work style focused on results and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work flexibly including weekend and evening shifts

Vacature :Accountmanager Fuels

Als Account Manager binnen onze Fuels divisie ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze bestaande klanten. Je ontvangt nieuwe opdrachten vertaalt deze naar instructies voor ons laboratorium en onze surveyors en adviseert en informeert de klant over het verloop van de werkzaamheden. Je draagt zorg voor de juiste uitvoering rapportage en afhandeling volgens de wensen van de klant.

Wat verwachten we

• Grondige kennis van relevante industrienormen en -standaarden
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk is een must
• Klantgerichte mindset en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zijn essentieel
• Sterke organisatorische skills en probleemoplossend vermogen zijn onmisbaar
• Teamplayer met zelfstandig werkend vermogen en prioriteitsgevoel
• Stressbestendig klantvriendelijkheid en gezond assertief zijn belangrijke eigenschappen
• Relevante werkervaring in Account Management is een pluspunt
• Opleiding in Zeevaart Expeditie of Logistiek of min. 5 jaar gerelateerde werkervaring

• Bereidheid tot flexibel werken incl. weekend- en avonddiensten
