About the role
Welcome to the Boots Digital team an exciting team at the heart of Boots UKs growth plans. As customers are changing so are we! Were focusing on really understanding our customers needs and making the most of our great products and services to optimise the online shopping experience and drive growth.
We have an exciting brand-new role available within our new digital channels team and our Ireland Trading team Head of ROI Digital Transformation.
This role will focus on investigating the opportunity and creating the recommendations to accelerate our digital ROI business. Primary key focuses will be to identify new building blocks for ROI or existing building blocks that are more mature on the UK Website/App. For Example understand what it would take for a ROI Instant Delivery Dropship Marketplace business.
Support as another SME within Condor and review of BAU trading.
This role will need to work closely with Digital Product Digital Program/Transformation Digtal Channels and Digital Trading with working day to day with the ROI Trading team.


Key responsibilities
Audit the Digital ROI business and identify the key opportunities for Digital Growth
Complimenting the existing ROI digital Trading team and to become another digital champion within the ROI team and a ROI champion within the Digital Team
Work with senior stakeholders to size additional opportunities for the ROI Digital Business.
Draft a proposed plan of how to progress with these new opportunities.
Bring a ROI customer lens to every decision - ensuring whats being delivered works for customers and colleagues.
Use commercial thinking (acquisition retention loyalty NPS etc.) to prioritise the elements of the journey that matter most.
What youll need to have
Great stakeholder management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Self-driven to find solutions & opportunities
Commercial and program led.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and challenging stakeholders
Confident flexible and unflappable and will challenge when deadlines are not met or standards not achieved
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and good attention to detail
Works well with others and experienced in working cross-functionality with a diverse range of people including effectively holding others to account when needed
Experience of digital is desirable but not essential
Commercial fluency understanding of revenue cost-to-serve loyalty retention and operational impact of opportunities
Strong understanding of the ROI business.
