Law Student Client Services Team (Part-Time)

Grainger Legal is a well-established regional law firm with offices across Bacchus Marsh and Castlemaine. We are known for our client-first approach strong team culture and commitment to delivering practical compassionate legal services.
We are currently seeking a motivated law student (minimum 2 years completed) to join our Client Services Team on a part-time basis at our Bacchus Marsh office.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a law student looking to gain hands-on exposure to the legal profession while developing strong client communication and administrative skills in a supportive team environment.
As part of our Client Services Team you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries
- Conducting initial client intakes and gathering information
- Assisting with file opening and matter administration
- Supporting lawyers and legal assistants with general administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and updating practice management systems
About You
- Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws with at least 2 years completed
- Strong communication skills and a professional friendly manner
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
- Reliable proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Interested in developing a career in the legal profession
